Extension of Free Meals

Dear PCS Parents and Guardians,

On August 31, 2020, the USDA issued a press release stating they are extending free meals for all students until December 31, 2020, or until the funds appropriated by Congress are exhausted. Congress may also appropriate more money to feed students past December 31, 2020. We will fully communicate any changes with our families.

In the event the free emergency meal program ends, we will revert back to a Free, Reduced and Full-Pay status using meal applications, which can be found on our website at https://www.perry.k12.ny.us/domain/36. Again, we will communicate this change with families if it is implemented.  You can also find our lunch menu and meal prices listed on our website. Even though free meals are available to all students, families should continue to apply for the Free and Reduced Lunch option.

Bagged meals (breakfast and lunch) are also available to Perry CSD students who are learning remotely from home during a regular school day. Parents/guardians may pick up the meals Monday – Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the rear entrance of the Elementary Cafeteria located near the recycling bins in the elementary parking lot. Please contact Laurie Cutcliffe, Food Service Director, at 585-237-02740 Ext. 2271 or via email at lcutcliffe@perry.k12.ny.us, if you will be picking up a meal(s).
